How do the caps fit?
Our adult adjustable caps are designed for a head circumference of approximately 54–60 cm. Measure around your head above the eyebrows. The brim is approximately 7 cm.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Other countries and US territories are not eligible for checkout.
When should I expect delivery?
Handling takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
How does the cutoff work?
The cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on US federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday excluding US federal holidays. The cutoff does not change for daylight saving time.
Can I return a cap?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately; contact us with photos.
Who pays for return shipping?
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective goods. For a change of mind, the customer pays shipping to our authorized return address in France. There is no restocking fee.
How are refunds issued?
After approval, refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
How do I care for my cap?
Follow the material-specific instructions on its product page. Do not bleach or tumble dry.
How are payments and orders handled?
Payments require authorization, and an order is accepted when confirmed by teerraform. Contact support with any payment or order questions.
